Panel 1 - Distribution System comparison of worldwide with home grown. Panel 2 - The form of Eco Township in South Werribee by using Biofuel Renewable Energy
Panel 3 - Population expanding in year 2036 with sum 27,000 in South Werribee
This is part of my Studio project. It's about the distribution system, how do u make a short distance from vegetable field to plate and How to make it sustainability and sufficiency to all residential. South Werribee, Victoria Australia is our site. I am designing an Urban with Eco Town.
Eco Net I would like to explore the notion of a mega-structure, as juxtaposition to the surrounding where programs are loosely sited, where its sheer size is monumental. The word “structure” does not necessarily mean a building; it is an Eco-Net that I will be exploring. By rearranging all the programs on site in a logical manner, issues of sustainability within the mega-structure will be addressed by the net. The Eco-Net contains mini turbines, sky rise greenery and photovoltaic cells and will weave through the development and binds it as a complete whole. Programs will ‘grow’ within the net, akin to a second nature and this mega-structure will be a showcase of a self sustaining organism within the city.
The term includes dwellings ranging from rudimentary huts of nomadic tribes to high-rise apartment buildings. Existing building are monotonous, yet unorganised with residential and commercial suppose to be. My notion motive is connectiveness between residential, commercial and education centre. Juxtaposition of orderly form and organic form. A simply square to create three dimensional building would add variety to life with the dancing building to stand out the protrusion of each space. For the system to create life association by mixing form putting differences unit. With an organic shape to create a space to assimilated everyone to going in.
